Stress causes a rush of cortisol and norepinephrine in your system. These hormones raise your blood pressure which prepares you to either fight the stress or flee from it. Although it is only a temporary reaction; this elevation in blood pressure can still damage blood vessels which can lead to impaired kidney function.
Ways To Reduce Stress Level
Exercise
Deep Breathing
Sleep (7-8 hours)
Simplify your life (don’t spread yourself too thin; overworking yourself)
Visit Nature (go inside a forest a for 20 mins)
Reduce social media intake
Stretching
Praying
