Everyone gives up before they even start. It’s all part of the process. The hardest part is getting started. Often to get inspired, you need to remind yourself of the end-results of your labors. When it comes to working out, you need to see what the end-results of your healthy self are going to look like.

I didn’t listen to the negative & I decided to make a decision. I noticed that I wasn’t growing anymore, so I thought it was time to put on mass.
My first year of college I went from 120 to 140 lbs.
That was on of the best moments of my life. That created a spark in my head. I noticed that the process worked.

I was GEEKED. I had put on some major size and it was even better when people started to notice. That just made me want to work harder, it was like instant motivation.
Now, by my junior year i was in love with Fitness. I love everything about Fitness and I wanted to help others learn about it. I wanted to help spread the word & change lives because I saw how fitness changed my life. I went from 140 to 160 lbs then back to 155 , so I could be shredded.

Your attitude is why your body looks the way it does—no muscle, no nothing. Your body is the physical manifestation of your mental state. I don’t mean this in some woo-woo new age way.
You don’t care about what you eat, if/how you exercise, or anything. Your body reflects your apathy and complacency.
