Proteins Role in the BODY
Protein has a very important role in the human body. Protein and their sidekick (amino acids) are known as the building blocks of life.

They assist in the structural role, known as protein collagen – which is located in joints, tendons and ligaments
Proteins are essential to life and it’s key that everyone consume enough of it. Even though the body can create 20 amino acids needed to make protein, 9 of those protein are essential.
Meaning they can not be created by the body and they most be in the foods you consume.
