Protein Deficient Vegans
Vegans/Plant Based beings always get hassled when they tell their friends or family that they are going to stop consuming meat, dairy, eggs, fish, and etc. The first thing everyone always ask:
Where Will You Get Your Protein?
If I got $1 for every time, I was asked or heard that question I could buy a new MacBook lol. I would say a car but I’m being realistic here.
People worry so much about getting protein. Even though protein is the building block of life; it’s not the main thing we need daily because our body can make certain protein a.k.a amino acids.
Truth Be Told: all protein comes from plants. Either you are eating the plant that has created the protein or you’re consuming the animal that eat the plant.
The only way Vegans/Plant Based beings can be protein deficient is if they consuming highly processed foods. If they are eating a lot of candy, cookies, frozen dinners, and etc. Yes, these foods can be labeled as vegan but they lack nutrients. Even though a lot of things are considered vegan; that doesn’t mean they are optimal for your health.
So if you want to provide your body with better health; I suggest looking into your food. We need to know what’s inside our food. Don’t just read the labels to see how many calories; Look at the ingredients.
