My Current Fitness Problem. HELP?

I have been lifting for 5+ consecutive years. It has been one HELL OF A RIDE. (lol just wanted to sound old) However, on this journey I have tried numerous ways of training.

I say that we shouldn’t do the same workouts, OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER……….. AND OVER……..AND

I think that it is important to switch up the workouts to challeng your mind, body and soul in NEW WAYS!! It can be swimming, running, jogging, walking, weights, agility drills, footwork drills, yoga, cycling, rock climbing or whatever your heart desires.

My problem is that I need to think of more OUTRAGEOUS & CRAZY workouts to do.

I was getting bored with the weights over the years, so I switched up the GAME.

Some of my new interests:

  1. Boxing

  2. Footwork Drills

  3. Cone Drills

  4. Swimming

  5. Running

  6. Plyometrics

  7. Speed Drills

  8. Agility Drills

  9. Basketball ( but that’s nothing NEW)

  10. Calisthenics

  11. 1000 Rep Challenge (100 Pull-Ups, 200 Push-ups, 100 Sit-ups, 100 Dips, 100 Ab Crunches, 100 Jumping Jacks, 100 Mountain Climber, 100 Burpees, 100 Squats)

  12. Upper Body Challenge (50 Dips, 50 Pullups, 100 Curls) *quickest time is 9 mins 52 seconds

  13. Bike Challenge – How far you can go in 10 minutes? (I haven’t tested this recently, my latest was 6 miles)

If you have any IDEAS, please send them my way. POR FAVOR, GRACIAS.
