MAN-MADE FATS
There are MAN-MADE Fats such as hydrogenated liquid oils.
These MAN-MADE fats and especially trans fat are not a healthy choice.
Trans fats increase the risk of heart disease and are mostly found in commercially packaged foods and fried fast foods. They can also be found in commercial popcorn, vegetable shortening, and hard stick margarine.
The best fats to consume are cold-pressed coconut oil, grape seed oil, seed and nuts oil. (or you can eat food with good fats such as Avocado)
If you are unsure about what to buy, ty to choose foods that are close to nature as possible. Eating more gluten-free grains like quinoa and buckwheat, low-fructose fresh fruits a multitude of brightly colored vegetables, moderate amounts of protein and limit your intake on man-made fats will provide a balance nutrition for the mind, body and soul.
