Intellectual, Social, Financial & Personal Capital?

When you hear the word “capital” you may think about investing, businesses or wealth. However, intellectual, social and financial capital are more about connections.

  1. Intellectual Capital: What you know? What makes you valuable?

What makes you stand out from others? What knowledge you obtain?

  1. Social Capital: Who you know and who knows you?

What connections you have or who knows about you – via social media, etc.

  1. Financial Capital: Who knows what you know that you know?

Who do you know, that can has similar skills, or is in the same field as you?

  1. Personal Capital: How well you know yourself? (Talents, Strengths, Personality)

Ask yourself those questions to figure out your CAPITAL.
