DRINK MORE WATER โ try to drink a Gallon a day EAT MORE FRUIT โ Smoothies, Fruit Salad, etc Eat Food with High Protein โ Chicken, Fish, Steak, Tofu, etc Eat more Vegetables Snacks โ Cheese, Yogurt, PB, Granola , Nuts
