Fitness Commandments NO CHIPS NO SODA NO DIET SODA NO CHOCOLATE – Dark Chocolate is actually good for you , however it’s limited to once or twice a week. NO CANDY NO WHITE BREAD – Unless making PB&J NO COOKIES OR BISCUITS NO FAST FOOD NO CAKES/PASTRIES/MUFFINS

DRINK MORE WATER – try to drink a Gallon a day EAT MORE FRUIT – Smoothies, Fruit Salad, etc Eat Food with High Protein – Chicken, Fish, Steak, Tofu, etc Eat more Vegetables Snacks – Cheese, Yogurt, PB, Granola , Nuts
