Cons of Synthetic Folate AKA FOLIC ACID

Folate is a water-soluble B vitamin which is naturally present in some foods. However, it is always added as a dietary supplement and its found in fortified foods.

Fortified Foods are foods loaded with extra nutrients to help people meet their daily nutrition intake of certain vitamin/minerals.

  3. Yogurt

  4. Oatmeal

  5. Margarine

  6. Hot Cocoa

  7. Fortified Orange Juice

  8. Soy & Rice Milk

  9. Pasta

  10. Breads

  11. Pizza

However, this synthetic chemical actually does more HARM than good. The synthetic “folic acid” actually increases the risk for breast, colorectal, and prostate cancer, along with the risk of dying from those diseases. In addition, it increases the risk for childhood asthma and respiratory infections

It’s best to get your FOLATE from Mother Nature.
