Betray for Opportunities

We’ve been told to betray for opportunities. We’ve been taught that in order to get the opportunities we desire we have to betray ourselves, betray our family and friends and sometimes even betray our community.

WHY would you want to harm another just get a step up on the income chart or hierarchy in your career?

I don’t understand why people are so easy to betray like there isn’t karma out here (a.k.a “cause and effect”). There is always a consequence to your actions. So think before you act. Have morals, values and put yourself in that person shoes before you do. Ask yourself: How will this affect others? Because things aren’t always what they seem to be.
