  5. 60 second Full Plank

  6. 30 second Elbow Plank

  7. 60 second Raise Leg Plank – 30 secs. each leg

  8. 60 second Side Plank – 30 secs. each side

  9. 60 second Elbow Plank

If you need an EXTRA CHALLENGE, I suggest completing this workout routine 2x to 3x times.
