1 Week Social Media Detox Review

As you know, I took 1 week off from social media: Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook & Snapchat.

Things I experienced:

  1. Being more in the moment

  2. Less anxiety

  3. More focused on my goals

  4. More focused on myself (self-care)
